Foundation: Our garages are built on concrete monolithic pads that are approved by all building codes.

Walls: Our walls are framed with 2x4's 16" on center. We also use double top and bottom plates for strength and durability. We will then put up the siding of your choice. Since our walls are 8 ft. high, you can put the entry door, windows, and overhead garage doors in the wall of your choice.

Roof: Our roof is engineered to meet all snow and wind requirements. The 5-12 pitch trusses are 24" apart and over the trusses we us 3/4" OSB decking with #15 roofing paper and 30 yr. asphalt shingles the color of your choice.

Doors: The base price includes steel overhead doors up to the size of 16x7, and one insulated steel walk-in door (3-0x 6' 8").  We use a hardboard trim to finish all the doors and windows.
